1. Eligibility

This contest is open to anyone 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Morning Movement Coffee, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on August 24, 2024 at 7 pm, EST and ends on September 24, 2024 at 7 pm, EST

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must make a purchase of one of Our Mystery Box units via our website, and fill out the google form that will be sent out when order ships. Limit 1 entry per person. Additional entries will be permitted if the participant buys more than one Coffee Tasting Challenge Box.

4. Prize Details

One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for one person to Boquete, Panama, including:

-Round-trip economy class airfare from the nearest major airport to the winner’s residence to David, Panama

-4-night accommodations at a Selina Boquete in Boquete, Panama.

Transportation from the city of David to Boquete and return.

The prize does not include meals, travel insurance, personal expenses, or any other costs not specifically mentioned above.

The Morning Movement will pay a maximum of $1,500 for airfare and hotel accommodation. Should the cost of airfare and accommodation exceed $1,500, the remaining balance will be paid by the contest winner

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will be conducted on September 24th at 7pm. The potential winner will be notified via email immediately after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Conditions

The winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. In the event that the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, The Morning Movement Coffee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. 

7. General Conditions

The Morning Movement Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if it becomes technically corrupted or for any other reason beyond its control. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Morning Movement Coffee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions.
